Our most recent project completed is the Historic Mayo Hotel in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. This 285,000 square foot building has been on the national register of historic buildings since the 1980’s and has sat derelict for more than twenty five years.
The project consists of the development of over 100 new hotel suites and 70 apartment units. The Mayo Hotel was originally known for the lavish parties held in the “Crystal Ballroom” which became the centerpiece for this redevelopment. The ballroom was restored to its original 1920’s beauty showing off the plaster mold detailing and crystal chandeliers. The main lobby was also rehabilitated to its original character.
Cherry Street Ridge Shopping Center’s locale is known for its quaint, art deco style buildings with human scale that entice shoppers and restaurant goers alike. This property blends right in with the local architecture and with tenants that provide a unique food and shopping experience.
The new Cascia Performing Arts Center includes a 700-seat, 24,000 square foot bi-level auditorium and 10,000 square feet of new classroom space.
